Located at the corner of 15th and H Streets, NW, the Southern Building is a Beaux Arts masterpiece originally built in 1910 from the design of Daniel Burnham.  The building was completely renovated in 1987, providing 190,000 square feet of office space and 15,000 square feet of retail space over 11 floors.  More recently, the building’s common corridors, lobbies and fitness facility have been fully renovated.
